Poor Prognosis Criteria in Treadmill Exercise Test
Observation of any of the following during exercise test suggests poor prognosis
  ST segment elevation during exercise (except in lead aVR).
  Sustained ventricular tachycardia (VT) or symptomatic VT.
  Inability to exercise 5 METs .
  2 mm or more ST segment depression.
  ST segment depression in at least 5 leads.
  ST segment depression in recovery period lasting 5 minutes or more.
  Inability of systolic blood pressure to increase above 120mmHg during exercise.
  Progressive decrease in systolic blood pressure during exercise (at least 10mmHg or more).
  The decline of systolic blood pressure below the pretest value during exercise.
